# Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases in our store. If for some reason the product does not suit you, you have the full right to return or exchange it.

## Terms of return of goods of proper quality:
- According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
- Return or exchange of goods is possible only if **its product appearance, consumer properties, original sewn and hanging tags, labels** are fully preserved, as well as in the absence of any traces of use, wear or washing (stains, foreign odors, defects).

## Procedure for processing returns:
1. To process a return or exchange, you must send a request to our email: flarescenceresearch@gmail.com.
2. All transportation costs associated with the delivery of goods for exchange or return are **paid by the Buyer (client)** independently at the rates of the carrier company.
3. The refund is made by the Seller to the Buyer's bank card within the period established by law after we receive the goods and successfully check them for compliance with all requirements for preserving the product appearance.

*Note: Some categories of goods (for example, underwear, bodysuits, corsetry, hosiery) in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine are not subject to return and exchange.*
